Position Title: BHS Virtual Support Coordinator
Contract Length: 172 Days
Position Overview:
Bixby High School is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Virtual Support Coordinator to assist with the management and support of our virtual learning program for students in grades 9–12. This support position plays a critical role in ensuring the success of our online learners by providing administrative support, maintaining accurate data, and engaging with students throughout the school day.
Primary Responsibilities:
Process virtual student enrollments and maintain accurate student records
Perform daily data entry and monitor progress in online courses
Supervise and support students in the BHS Online Learning Lab.
Take accurate daily attendance and manage student behavior during all six periods of the Online Learning Lab
Grade and provide feedback on elective virtual coursework
Communicate effectively with students, staff, and families regarding academic progress and program expectations
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Google Workspace, Canvas, and Edgenuity (not required but beneficial)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
