Role Overview

As the Account Executive, you will act as the main point of contact for existing customers, managing client relationships, retention, and growth strategies. You will work closely with customers to understand their business and match their needs with Impel products. The role is home-based, but the team thrives on collaborative thinking and efforts.

What You Will Do

Identify and cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, provide white-glove service to clients, and provide customer insights and consultation to help clients achieve their goals. You will also collaborate cross-functionally, identify barriers to success, and manage internal resources to resolve issues.
