Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly utility invoices for payment
- Review and process landlord statements for escrow changes
- Review and prepare all Occupancy vendor additions and changes
- Prepare monthly journal entries
- Assist in gathering supporting documents of all external/internal/financial audits
- Perform day-to-day administrative responsibilities
- Assist with any ad-hoc projects
Skills
- 1-2 years administrative or accounting experience
- An accounting degree or a degree in a related field a plus
- Proficient Excel Skills
- Extremely detailed oriented
- Self-motivated
- Independent proactive worker
