Job description: Organization: Freedom Real Estate Group Company: National Houses Job Title: Acquisitions Specialist, Real Estate Wholesale Reports To: General Manager Job Type: Full-Time, Remote Experience Level: Mid-Senior Level Position Type: Independent Contractor Location: Remote Acquisitions Specialist, Real Estate Wholesale Role Summary As an Acquisitions Specialist, Real Estate Wholesale, you will convert motivated seller leads into signed contracts. You'll talk to homeowners in difficult situations (inherited properties, pre-foreclosure, divorce, tired landlords), build trust quickly, negotiate purchase agreements, and close deals that work for everyone. This is a closer role. You'll work company-generated leads while building your own deal flow through prospecting. When marketing is firing, you'll be busy. When it slows, you'll hunt. Key Responsibilities • Talk to sellers daily. • Analyze deals quickly: ARV, rehab, max allowable offer. • Negotiate and sign purchase agreements. • Manage your pipeline in our CRM. • Hit weekly/monthly KPIs for conversations, offers, and contracts. • Coordinate with dispositions and transaction teams to close deals. • Self-source 1-2 deals per month outside of company leads. Required Qualifications • Prior closing experience required (wholesale, real estate, or high-ticket sales) • CRM experience preferred (Salesforce, Podio, REsimpli, Left Main) • Real estate license nice to have (not required, doesn't need to be active) • Strong phone presence and negotiation skills • Ability to work leads and generate new business daily • Ability to analyze properties: ARV, rehab costs, comps What Success Looks Like • Month 1: 50+ seller conversations, 10+ offers, 1-2 contracts • Month 2: 80+ conversations, 20+ offers, 3-4 contracts • Month 3+: 100+ conversations, 25+ offers, 4-5+ contracts monthly Compensation • Base + Commission structure considered for exceptional candidates Real math: • 3 deals/month at $15K fee = $67K/year • 5 deals/month at $15K fee = $114K/year • 6 deals/month at $18K fee = $153K/year Who Should Apply • You've closed deals before (wholesale, real estate, high-ticket sales) • You're self-directed - nobody's going to chase you • You're competitive and want comp tied to performance • You're comfortable with ambiguity - we're still building • You can handle rejection and keep dialing Who Should Not Apply • You need heavy structure and constant direction • You want predictable pay regardless of production • You're looking for a short-term gig • You struggle to ask for the close • Remote work without someone watching you doesn't work Why Join Now • You’re a closer who thrives on competition and wants unlimited earning potential • Warm inbound leads + proven prospecting systems. • Expanding nationwide company with growth opportunities. • Entrepreneurial culture that rewards performance. • Access to coaching, systems, and tools designed to help you close more deals.
