Fit
We are looking for an Admissions Counselor with at least 4-7 years of experience in providing career counseling to working professionals and/ or recommending suitable online programs to working professionals to upskill or transition. This role requires setting andmaintaining the target metrics by converting prospective learners into confirmed admission and succeed in achieving the performance goals.
This is a full time, remote position.
Seniority level (mid senior, reporting to CEO/ Co-founder)
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Setting up targets, and admissions plan aligned to the goal of the company

2. Scheduling counseling calls with new leads and existing leads for providing in depth guidance on suitable programs

3.Conducting career assessment or screening test and providing test interpretation to admission aspirants

4. Review the student applications for the eligibility and academic qualification. Providing detailed information on the available programs in sync with the interest and
career goal of the aspirant

5.Have a strong eye for research and ability to scout for new prospects
6. Should be able to create detailed and structured admissions email / templates/

admissions TnC doc to nurture and onboard the admissions aspirants

7. Should be comfortable working with CRM

8. Should be able to groom and manage a team of 1-2 employees

9. Must have experience in selling high ticket programs

10. Should be able to resolve admissions related questions of prospective students on email, phone, and maintaining strong relations with prospective leads

11. Must be willing to take up counseling calls over the weekend as all the learners are working professionals

12. Active coordination with marketing and placement cell to improve the quality of inbound leads and sharing other relevant information

Skills Required
1. Candidate must be proficient in written and spoken English (Mandatory)
2. Candidate must have a strong understanding of sales lifecycle
3. Must be highly organized, disciplined, well poised and confident to speak with learners who come with 5 years to 18 years of work experience
4. Should be comfortable working with spreadsheets, Learning Management System (required training will be provided)
5. Must be motivated in meeting the targets
