<p><b>🚀 Amazon Connect Solution Engineer (65-85CAD per hour)</b></p><p><br></p><p>📍 <b>Remote – Canada</b></p><p><br></p><p>We’re partnering with a leading North American consulting organisation to hire an <b>Amazon Connect Solution Engineer</b> to support enterprise contact centre transformations.</p><p><br></p><p>This is a <b>hands-on, client-facing role</b> where you’ll work closely with architects and developers to design, build, and deliver scalable <b>Amazon Connect</b> solutions.</p><p><br></p><p><b>💡 What You’ll Be Doing</b></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Configure and build <b>Amazon Connect</b> solutions (IVR, contact flows, routing, queues) </li><li>Develop AWS Lambda functions to support contact centre workflows </li><li>Design and implement integrations (API Gateway, CRM systems, data platforms) </li><li>Contribute to solution design (HLDs, LLDs) and architecture discussions </li><li>Support deployments, testing, and go-live activities </li><li>Work with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions </li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>🧠 What We’re Looking For</b></p><p><br></p><ul><li>5+ years AWS cloud engineering / development experience </li><li>2+ years hands-on <b>Amazon Connect (production environments)</b> </li><li>Strong experience with: </li><li>AWS Lambda (Node.js or Python) </li><li>API Gateway </li><li>DynamoDB, S3, IAM, CloudWatch </li><li>Experience building APIs and event-driven integrations </li><li>Solid understanding of IVR, routing, and contact centre operations </li><li>Comfortable in client-facing environments </li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>⭐ Nice to Have</b></p><p><br></p><ul><li>AWS certification (Developer or Solutions Architect) </li><li>Experience in financial services or public sector </li><li>Terraform / CloudFormation </li><li>Exposure to Amazon Connect AI features (e.g. analytics, conversational tools) </li><li>Experience migrating from legacy contact centre platforms </li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>🎯 Why This Role?</b></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Fully remote across Canada 🇨🇦 </li><li>Work on <b>enterprise-scale contact centre transformations</b> </li><li>Strong learning path into Solution Architect roles </li><li>Collaborative, cloud-focused engineering environment</li></ul><p></p>
