This role involves performing analytical and administrative tasks related to position control and recruitment for the Technology Services Division, working closely with management and the Human Resources Bureau.
Responsibilities
- Preparing refill, new position, and transfer package documents for TSD management and HRB review
- Routine review and analysis of all positions within the division and updating records to reflect position changes
- Partnering with leadership on high level restructuring, workforce planning, and other position alignment efforts
- Providing administrative support to the division and serving as a back up to Office Services Unit team members
