The Employment Development Department (EDD) is seeking an Automation Project Support Analyst to join their Technology Integration Unit. This role involves performing advanced analytical work to support all phases of Disability Insurance Branch projects, collaborating with stakeholders to refine business requirements, and recommending improvements to existing programs.
Responsibilities
- Perform advanced analytical work and lead assigned areas of responsibility supporting all phases of DI Branch project planning, design, development, testing, training, and implementation
- Collaborate with DI Branch stakeholders, Business Integration Unit (BIU), and Information Technology (IT) Branch partners to refine business requirements for automated systems
- Participate in focus groups and joint application development sessions
- Serve as a subject matter expert in areas such as system interfaces, program integrity, business rules, and testing
- Independently analyze business processes to recommend improvements to existing DI programs
- Enhance program effectiveness, support innovation, and improve the overall customer experience
Skills
