Responsibilities:• Provide technical support and guidance to customers using advanced test and measurement equipment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and ensure timely solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customer, acting as a trusted advisor for their technical needs.
• Communicate product capabilities and troubleshooting steps effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Assist in pre-sales and post-sales activities, including product demonstrations.
• Continuously improve support processes and contribute to knowledge base documentation.
