<div class="benefits"> <div><strong>Benefits:</strong></div> <ul> <li>Health insurance</li> <li>Paid time off</li> <li>Training & development</li> </ul> </div> <div class="trix-content"> <div>The scope of the proposed services will include the following:<br>● Development, administration & configuration of a custom-built .NET development project<br>● Provide technical knowledge transfer, training, documentation, mentorship, and guidance to<br>State personnel for all requested work<br>● Provide oversight and guidance of the customer-agency’s replacement software and make<br>performance improvements<br>● Perform code reviews and testing on new code<br>● Participates in all necessary team meetings and design sessions in accordance with Scrum<br>ceremonies<br>● Cooperation with the State’s Technical Architect to ensure compliance with OTS standards<br>of State applications<br><br>Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are mandatory:<br>● Five (5) plus years of expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas:<br>○ C#<br>○ ASP.NET Core (version 6.0 or later)<br>○ MSSQL<br>● Two (2) plus years enterprise-level software development<br>● Two (2) plus years of experience working in an Agile / Scrum environment<br><br>Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are desirable:<br>● Has led a team of application programmers under Microsoft development stack.<br>● Experience designing and developing distributed systems (Microservices/SOA)<br>● Experience developing reports with SSRS, PowerBI, Tableau, or other reporting tools<br>●Experience setting up, maintaining and using DevOps pipelines, including CI/CD, such as<br>GitHub Actions and Octopus Deploy, and automating tasks<br>● Experience with the Git Version Control System, including branching strategies for<br>complex systems<br>● Proficiency in front-end development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.<br>● Hands-on experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as Vue.js, React, NodeJS,<br>Angular, TypeScript, etc.<br>● Strong understanding of RESTful API design and integration.<br>● Proficiency in containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes, or cloud-native<br>managed container orchestrators).<br>● Knowledge of Infrastructure-as-Code practices using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation,<br>Biceps, etc.<br>● Solid understanding of security best practices for modern web applications.<br>● Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.<br>● Strong communication and teamwork skills.<br>● Experience working in Agile environments with iterative development practices.<br>● Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS.<br>● Familiarity with API integrations for external data sources.<br>● Exposure to modular or microservices architectures.<br>● Knowledge of message-based systems (e.g., RabbitMQ, ServiceBus) and asynchronous<br>programming models.</div> </div> <p>This is a remote position.</p>
