What You’ll Own Lead Outreach & Prospect Engagement • Conduct outbound and inbound outreach to attorneys • Introduce services and initiate conversations • Ask smart questions to: • Understand needs • Qualify interest • Navigate gatekeepers and reach decision-makers • Engage prospects professionally and confidently Appointment Scheduling • Schedule qualified discovery calls for the sales team • Coordinate availability across calendars • Confirm meetings and ensure prospects are prepared • Maintain clean and accurate scheduling records Follow-Up & Lead Nurturing • Execute consistent follow-up sequences • Re-engage interested prospects over time • Handle objections professionally • Continue conversations until: • A meeting is booked, or • A clear decision is made CRM & Lead Management • Log all activities in CRM systems like: • HubSpot • Salesforce • Track lead progress and update statuses • Maintain clean, structured records of all interactions • Ensure no lead or follow-up is missed What Success Looks Like • Consistent flow of qualified booked appointments • High follow-up discipline (nothing falls through the cracks) • Strong show-up rates for scheduled meetings • Clean, reliable CRM data • Clear, professional communication with prospects What Makes You a Strong Fit • Confident communicator (phone, email, LinkedIn) • Persistent and resilient — you don’t drop leads • Organized and process-driven • Comfortable speaking with attorneys and professionals • Self-motivated and able to work independently • Strong objection-handling ability Requirements (Must-Have) Core Experience • 1–2+ years in: • Appointment Setting • SDR / BDR • Sales Development • Strong outbound outreach experience • Experience handling follow-ups and nurturing leads Skills • Excellent verbal English communication • Confident objection handling • Experience using: • CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) • Scheduling tools (Calendly, Google Calendar, etc.) • Strong organization and time management • Reliable internet and professional remote setup Nice to Have • Experience working with: • Law firms • Attorneys • Professional services • Agency or marketing services outreach experience • Experience navigating gatekeepers • Exposure to high-ticket or high-value sales Tools You’ll Use • HubSpot / Salesforce • Calendly / Google Calendar • Email & calling tools • Outreach platforms What a Typical Day Looks Like • Conduct outbound outreach to attorneys • Engage prospects and qualify interest • Handle objections and answer questions • Follow up with active leads • Schedule discovery calls • Update CRM and track activity In short: You turn conversations into qualified meetings that drive pipeline growth.
