Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a Backend/Software Engineer
- Experience developing with NodeJS or Python
- Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL fundamentals, particularly with PostgreSQL and ORM libraries
- Demonstrated experience shipping real products using Claude
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong remote collaboration skills
- Ability to follow Deel's standards for code review, testing, deployment, and operational responsibility
- Understanding of information security and commitment to protecting the organization's security and information assets
