Our health technology startup is looking for beta testers to help test our mobile app and smart device. This is a flexible, remote opportunity focused on trying product features, identifying issues, and giving clear feedback on the user experience.
Responsibilities
• Test the mobile app and smart device setup process
• Use the product as instructed and report bugs, issues, or confusing steps
• Provide feedback on app screens, onboarding, device behavior, and overall usability
• Document testing results clearly with screenshots, notes, or short videos when needed
• Share honest feedback on what works, what does not, and what could be improved
Ideal Candidate
• Detail-oriented and reliable
• Comfortable using mobile apps and connected devices
• Able to follow instructions and explain feedback clearly
• Interested in health, wellness, nutrition, fitness, or consumer technology
• No technical background required
