Work-from-home | Flexible schedule | Must be fluent in English and Spanish Assist customers in the Driver Assistance Program with delivery of safety services such as Emergency Assistance, Automatic Collision Notification, Hands-free Destination Assist, Stolen Vehicle Locator, and more. In this role, you’ll listen carefully and evaluate each caller’s situation to provide the right solutions, from simple navigation questions to emergency situations. Fluency in both Spanish and English is required, and you must pass a fluency test. A high degree of empathy and the ability to remain calm under stress are essential for every call. Earnings Potential • Bilingual contractors will earn up to $0.32 per CIM with a 48-minute minimum guarantee (equivalent of $19.20/hour) Skills Needed • Caring, sympathetic and helpful demeanor • Strong customer service skills, including active listening • Multi-tasking to find answers while on with customer • Ability to react and respond decisively in emergency situations • Ability to reassure, control and diffuse emotional and/or difficult calls • Prior experience with driver assistance programs is a bonus, but not required • Contractors on the Spanish bilingual queues must be fluent in BOTH Spanish and English Application Process: • Create Profile (filling out the apply fields at the bottom of this page) • Complete Assessments (only one-attempt is allowed) • Pass PC Scan (must be on a computer, not mobile device) • Record Video Interview (can re-record as many times as needed) • For more details, check out our Application Guide
