All remote hires must be willing to relocate to in-clinic work in Colorado or Salt Lake City within 6 months of start date.
Compensation & Benefits:
Base Salary: $78,000 - $103,000/year
Additional Earning Potential:
- Flexible Relocation Bonus Options: $15,000 bonus for relocating within 60 days of offer OR $10,000 bonus for working remotely and relocating within 6 months of start date

Your Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based ABA programming to pediatric clients
- Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to your RBT team
- Conduct comprehensive program reviews and assessments
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation
- Lead parent training sessions and collaborative meetings
- Support RBT professional development and skill-building
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team on integrated care plans
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Current BCBA® Certification in good standing
- Passion for pediatric care and family-centered practice
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit for 1-2 hours and stand/walk for 4-6 hours daily
- Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds
- Frequent bending, reaching, and precise motor function with both hands
