Position Overview:
As a Virtual Assistant specializing in bookkeeping, you will play a keyrole in managing our financial processes, ensuring accuracy in records, andproviding critical support using NetSuite. This role is ideal for aself-motivated individual who thrives in a remote work environment and has apassion for financial organization and optimization.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Bookkeeping & Financial Management:
oRecordday-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process.
oReconcilebank accounts, credit card statements, and other financial accounts.
oMaintain anorganized system of financial records.
- NetSuite Expertise:
oManage andmaintain financial data in NetSuite ERP.
oAssist incustomizing and optimizing NetSuite workflows and reports.
oTroubleshootand resolve issues related to NetSuite functionality.
- Accounts Payable & Receivable:
oProcessinvoices, payments, and manage vendor accounts.
oTrack andfollow up on overdue invoices.
- Reporting:
oGenerate andanalyze financial reports to assist with decision-making.
oPreparemonthly, quarterly, and annual financial summaries.
- Administrative Support:
oOrganize andmaintain financial documentation for easy access.
oProvidegeneral administrative support as needed.
JOB QUALIFICATION:
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience as a VirtualAssistant - Bookkeeper, or similar role.
- Proficiency with NetSuite ERP is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles andbookkeeping practices.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written andverbal.
- Ability to work independently and handleconfidential information responsibly.
