Core Job Responsibilities
Revenue & Pipeline Building
Identify, research, and qualify potential leads across target industries.
Execute outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and cold calling
Set up discovery calls and meetings for the leadership team
Maintain CRM hygiene and track pipeline stages accurately
Follow up consistently and move prospects through the funnel
Market & Account Research
Conduct account-level research before outreach
Identify decision-makers and map buying committees
Track competitor positioning and messaging
Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements
Growth Support
Assist in proposal creation and pitch decks.
Support partnership and alliance initiatives
Track outreach metrics and optimize based on data
Work closely with marketing to align messaging and targeting

Technical Expertise:
Platforms: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo (or similar prospecting tools)
CRM: HubSpot / Zoho / Salesforce (basic working knowledge preferred)
Tools: Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, ChatGPT
Analytics: Basic understanding of pipeline metrics and conversion ratios
Skillset over Education
