FM Business Development Director
Location: Home-based (UK-wide travel required)
Reporting to: Growth & Transformation Director
Salary - Up to £100,000 PA + Benefits
The Role
We are seeking a commercially driven FM Business Development Director to lead the strategic growth of Facilities Management (FM) within our Health Business Unit.
This role has a clear emphasis on Hard FM and asset management, with responsibility for expanding into new market sectors across Central and Local Government, including areas such as education and emergency services. You will play a pivotal role in identifying, shaping, and securing major opportunities, while building a sustainable and high-value pipeline.
