About the Role

As Ramp’s Compensation & Equity Manager, you’ll be a critical strategic partner to our People and Talent leadership, driving the design and evolution of our compensation and equity programs. You’ll work closely with both the People and Talent (recruiting) teams to ensure our practices are competitive, equitable, and aligned with our values, while empowering our recruiting and people managers to make informed, consistent decisions.

We’re looking for someone who brings relevant experience but is equally excited to challenge conventional thinking - applying innovative ideas to help us grow sustainably and deliver on our promise to employees. Compensation is a key part of how we show our people they’re valued, and we’re committed to getting it right.

Please note that this role will require you to be comfortable with working in-person at our NYC office 3 days/week.
