Responsibilities
- Responsible for driving business growth within assigned regions by cultivating strong cross-functional relationships across all lines of business
- Engage in networking events to establish strong relationships with community stakeholders to drive new business activity and maintain current business
- Collaborate with marketing, products, and member support teams to ensure member satisfaction
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective business members
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
Skills
- 1-3 years' experience in retail banking or financial services back-office functions required
- Two-year College or University diploma (Associate's) in Business Administration, Finance/Accounting or equivalent experience required
- Must complete the Association of Accredited Small Business Consultants Simplified Examination within 60 days of employment
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office tools
