Our team's Senior Business Systems Analyst plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. This role involves analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and translating business requirements into technical specifications. The Senior Business Systems Analyst collaborates with stakeholders to ensure software solutions meet business objectives and technical standards. Our team plays a critical role in supporting and securing global customer Login and User Management as part of an Enterprise Technology Identity and Access Management capability. Work may include new integrations, software upgrades, and new feature developments– all driven by a need to meet regulatory obligations, innovative efficiencies and excellent customer experience. Projects may be local or global and include one or many different software applications, with the opportunity to travel.
