Overview:
Lead the strategy, governance, optimization, and continuous improvement of Procurement and Shared Services systems, processes, and automation initiatives globally. This role owns the end-to-end business processes and supporting technology ecosystem across Procurement, Travel, Expense Management, Contract Intake, Vendor Management, and related Shared Services functions.
What you will do:
Own the roadmap for Procurement and Shared Services systems and processes
Lead administration and optimization of Coupa P2P, Coupa Expense, Concur, Asana and any procurement related systems or processes
Identify opportunities to optimize and/or eliminate manual work through automation and AI
Lead implementation of new tools, workflows, integrations, and enhancements
Work closely with IT to support the administration and implementation of system enhancements
Own operational framework and reporting for P2P process, corporate card program, and contract workflow tool
Establish KPIs and executive dashboards across Shared Services operations
Partner with IT and Security on governance, access controls, integrations, and compliance
Lead system testing, release management, and change management activities
Manage and develop the Business Analyst to create reporting and dashboards to support the organizational needs.
Evaluate new technologies, AI solutions, and process improvement opportunities
Present recommendations and business cases to senior leadership
What we are looking for:
Required:
Atleast 7 years experience in business systems, operations, process improvement, business transformation, shared services, procurement operations or finance operations
Minimum 2 years experience leading projects or people
Experience managing enterprise business platforms
Strong process design and process improvement experience
Strong reporting and analytics background
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives
Preferred Skills:
Coupa administration
Concur administration
Familiarity with JIRA or similar ticketing systems
Travel, expense, card, procurement operations experience
System implementation or transformation project experience
AI Skills/Knowledge:
Lead or contribute to AI-enabled process improvement projects — identifying where AI can eliminate manual effort, improve accuracy, or accelerate decision-making across Coupa, Concur, and expense workflows
Evaluate AI solutions critically, define business requirements, and oversee implementation from pilot through rollout
Comfortable using generative AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) day-to-day to accelerate reporting, documentation, and analysis
Exposure to Power BI, Alteryx, Power Automate
