Position Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic, customer‑focused individuals to join our careerzynith team as Remote After‑Hours Customer Service Representatives (CSRs). This role is based in Virginia and operates on a non‑overnight schedule, offering two shift patterns: Sunday‑Wednesday or Wednesday‑Saturday, with each shift lasting between 4 and 10 hours. As a CSR, you will be the first point of contact for members who have questions about transportation services, insurance coverage, and scheduling. You will use structured scripts and protocols to ensure consistency, accuracy, and empathy in every interaction.
