</div><div>In this role, you will provide non-medical, in-home support to older adults, helping them remain safe, independent, and comfortable in their own homes. This includes assisting with daily routines, personal care, and providing meaningful companionship.<br><br>

</ul><div><br></div><div><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></div><ul>
<li>Provide hands-on support to help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home</li>
<li>Support safe movement, transfers, and general ambulation as needed</li>
<li>Prepare meals, assist with light housekeeping, and help maintain a clean, safe home environment</li>
<li>Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility</li>
<li>Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities such as conversation, games, reading, or hobbies</li>
<li>Offer transportation to appointments or errands when appropriate</li>
<li>Provide medication reminders in accordance with care plans (non-medical)</li>
<li>Observe and document changes in condition, and communicate updates or concerns to the care team</li>

<strong>What We’re Looking For<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>6 months of caregiving experience (professional preferred) or current/active CNA certification</li>
<li>1-2 positive references</li>
<li>Experience assisting with personal care (bathing, dressing, transfers, etc.) strongly preferred</li>
<li>Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation</li>
<li>Ability to pass a background check</li>
<li>Dependable, punctual, and able to follow a care plan</li>
<li>Professional, respectful, and able to communicate clearly with clients, families, and the care team</li>
