Job Description

This position will require NP or PA licensure in Ohio, North Carolina, South Carolina, Texas, Alabama, or Illinois.

This position represents an amazing opportunity for a nurse practitioner (APRN) with specialization in nephrology who has a big heart and entrepreneurial spirit and is committed to improving outcomes for people with chronic kidney disease. 

Devoted Medical is building a next generation, value based, virtual-first CKD clinic that dramatically expands access to specialty care for America's most vulnerable seniors. The clinic will focus on delaying time to progression of CKD 4 and 5, and increasing the proportion of planned rather than emergency dialysis starts for Devoted Medical patients. The Chronic Kidney Disease Clinic is one of several of Devoted Medical’s virtual specialty care programs that are designed as “micro centers of excellence” that deliver highly tailored, specialized care to patients with specific chronic conditions–  e.g. diabetes, congestive heart failure, hypertension, etc.

Salary Range:  $120K-155K base range plus performance based bonus paid out quarterly or annually ($10K-$20K) for a total comp range of $130K-170K

The pay range listed for this position is the range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at the time of the posting. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
