Client Acquisition Specialist (Airbnb / Short-Term Rental Sales) – Unreal Stays
Unreal Stays is a fast-growing short-term rental management company helping property owners maximize income while we handle everything.
We are looking for a high-performing closer to handle inbound leads and convert property owners into management clients.
What You’ll Do:
- Call and follow up with inbound leads (Facebook, website, referrals)
- Qualify property owners and their goals
- Present Unreal Stays’ management services over phone/Zoom
- Overcome objections and close deals
- Guide new clients through onboarding
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven sales experience (phone + Zoom closing)
- Strong communication and confidence
- Ability to handle objections and control conversations
- Self-motivated and competitive
Compensation:
- Base + commission per signed property
