Job Description Client Care Coordinator (CCC) Compensation $6-12 USD/hour Schedule Full-time, Monday-Friday 800am–500pm EST weekends as necessary. Long-term employment. We're a high-energy home and commercial inspection company based in Ontario, Canada, known for our integrity, innovation, and top-tier service. We're looking for a motivated and technically savvy Client Care Coordinator (CCC) to support our operations, wow our clients, and explore the latest tools to improve our workflow. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities Client Care & Communication •Answer incoming calls, emails, and web inquiries with professionalism and warmth • Schedule and reschedule inspections using our online tools • Follow up on leads and ensure all client touchpoints are handled promptly • Text and call clients to confirm appointments and resolve questions • Act as liaison between inspectors, realtors, and clients Scheduling & Operations • Confirm all inspections one business day prior • Add services or make adjustments to inspection bookings as needed • Track and report inspection calendar gaps and help fill them using our booking strategy • Monitor voicemail, inboxes, and CRM tasks daily Tech & Automation Support • Assist with light automations using tools like Zapier, Google Sheets, and CRM workflows • Research and test AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, CRM integrations, scheduling bots) that could improve operations • Help implement systems and document new processes Social Media Engagement (Optional/To Be Assigned) • Interact with real estate professionals on social platforms • Like, comment, and tag to increase visibility and engagement • Share inspection-related content and company updates ________________________________________ Ideal Candidate • Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication • Positive, self-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment • Comfortable working with software platforms like Gmail, Spectora, Dialpad, CRMs, and cloud tools • Sales-minded, with a talent for building rapport and converting leads • Detail-oriented and proactive in problem solving ________________________________________ Tools You'll Use • Spectora – Inspection scheduling software • ZOHO CRM & Social Media • Dialpad – VOIP communications • Google Workspace – Gmail, Drive, Sheets • AI Tools – ChatGPT, Zapier, and other emerging tech solutions ________________________________________ Why Join Twin Peaks? • Be part of a high-growth, forward-thinking company • Work with a team that values transparency, integrity, and innovation • Opportunity to grow in technical and client-facing roles • Flexible remote work with supportive training and tools ________________________________________ How to Apply Please send your resume and a short video (1–2 minutes) introducing yourself and describing why you’d be a great fit for this role.
