Description:
• Lead daily client interactions on asset performance, market conditions, and platform utilization.
• Build and maintain relationships across multiple levels of client organizations and lead internal and external meetings, including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
• Develop strategic plans to help clients reach capital deployment, acquisition, and disposition targets.
• Manage external relationships for newly onboarded clients.
• Deliver weekly performance insights and monthly market reports to advise clients on efficient operating strategies.
• Proactively identify client capacity constraints and uncover new opportunities using data.
• Serve as a primary product expert and teach clients how to use the Entera platform more independently.
• Oversee and quality control Broker Price Opinion (BPO) processes and produce weekly activity reports on dispositions listings.
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in real estate-focused banking, consulting, capital markets, lending, asset management, or a related field.
• Strong track record of managing and expanding external B2B relationships.
• Expertise in real estate valuation is required.
• Experience in the single-family residential (SFR) space is strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to navigate complex processes within large organizations and drive performance improvements across multiple stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to lead small teams toward strategic goals and tight deadlines.
• Strong ability to anticipate hurdles and proactively resolve problems internally and externally.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
