JOB TITLE: Cyber Programme Support Analyst

BACKGROUND AND PURPOSE OF THE ASSIGNMENT:
Under the general supervision of the Chief of TECI and the direct supervision of the Head of Cybersecurity Advisory & Protection, the incumbent will work with and support the IT Security team in the areas of cybersecurity awareness, communication, compliance, and service management.
ACCOUNTABILITIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Main responsibilities include, but not limited to:
1.Management and implementation of the Cybersecurity Awareness Program and general communications, training and initiatives both within and outside of TEC.
2.Provide communications support for the deployment of new technologies, technical changes and policy publication(s).
3.Act as the central focal point for the planning and delivery of corporate tabletop simulation exercises, to validate Operations incident response playbooks and strengthen corporate crisis readiness.
3.Analyse online training material and coordinate awareness campaigns to be used for targeted cybersecurity modules and report on completion rates.
4.Perform statistical analysis and produce reports relating to awareness activities, simulations, compliance metrics and controls’ implementation.
5.Represent TECI in supporting the operations of the WFP Service Management tool as super user and related CSI.
6.Liaise with other IT branches to support the implementation of projects identified in their workplans.
7.Assist in the efficient resolution and/or closure of incidents, service requests, and requests for change (RFC) by tracking progress and following up with ticket owners/assignees.
8.Act as Focal point for the lifecycle management of SSL certificates.
9.Monitor TECI shared mailbox and respond to queries.
10.Act as TECI Knowledge Management Focal Point.
11.Other duties as assigned.
DELIVERABLES AT THE END OF THE CONTRACT:
•Consistently deliver cybersecurity awareness initiatives, including webinars, metrics, reporting, communications, and delivery of training and learning material.
•Successful management and delivery of tabletop simulation exercises.
•Successful implementation of assigned workplan activities.
•Efficient management of cybersecurity-related tickets through the Service Management tool.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Education: University Degree in Information Technology / Information Systems, related domains or other degree combined with relevant working experience in IT.
Experience: 3+ years of experience in IT service management, training, and communications
Knowledge & Skills:
•Broad IT and technology skills
•Experience with the Office 365 suite of personal productivity tools
•Knowledge of UN and WFP
•User acceptance testing
•Strong organisational and communication skills
Languages:
English. Desirable
Italian and/or any other UN official language
