The work is complex, fast-moving, and deeply connected to improving lives, creating opportunities for curious minds to make a real difference every day.  If you're energized by collaboration, inspired by innovation, and motivated by work that matters, you'll find a place to grow, contribute, and make a meaningful impact at BGBx.  Contract Coordinator  Position Overview The Contract Coordinator supports the company’s day-to-day purchasing, vendor coordination, and procurement tracking across the agency.  This role is an embedded partner to account, operations, and finance teams, helping ensure work moves quickly while meeting client and vendor procurement requirements. A significant portion of this role supports client and vendor procurement processes, including onboarding, compliance documentation, and procurement systems.  This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role in a fast-paced environment, where strong follow-through and clear communication are critical.   The position is remote in Pakistan and with working hours 9:00am ET to 5:30pm ET or similar schedule. Responsibilities  Manage purchase requests, purchase orders, vendor setup, and invoice tracking  Partner with account operations, and finance teams to keep work moving and resolve procurement-related blockers.  Support client procurement processes (vendor onboarding, compliance forms, new business procurement requests).  Serve as a liaison between internal teams, vendors, and client procurement contacts when needed   Maintain accurate procurement and contract records, including vendor and client contract documentation, system updates, and tracking across platforms (e.g., CLM systems)  Support the procurement team with sourcing requests, pricing comparisons, and vendor research   Track contract lifecycles, including renewals, key dates, and execution status  Help monitor procurement budgets and reconcile purchasing records with finance teams including validating invoices against contract terms and approved budgets/actuals  Communicate with vendors regarding orders, invoicing, and account updates   Ensure purchasing activities follow agency policies, approval workflows, and procurement guidelines   Assist with reporting and administrative tasks, including pulling contract data, generating reports, and supporting ad hoc business requests  Identify simple process improvements to reduce friction and manual work   Qualifications  Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, or related field preferred   1–3 years of administrative, procurement, operations, finance, or coordinator experience   Internship experience in procurement, operations, or agency environments is a plus   Strong organizational and multitasking abilities   Excellent written and verbal communication skills   Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic procurement or financial systems   Comfortable working with multiple teams and shifting priorities   Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills   Experience in advertising, marketing, healthcare communications, or professional services environments   Familiarity with vendor management, invoicing, procurement workflows, or client procurement systems   Exposure to project coordination or operations support   Experience supporting client-facing administrative or operational processes   Experience working with procurement, finance, or ERP platforms is a plus  Salary Range: PKR 2,220,000 - 3,330,000 BGBx is an equal opportunity employer. All applicants will be considered without regard to race, color, religion, sex, age, national origin, citizenship status, sexual orientation, disability, veteran status or any category or class of person protected by law.
