Key Responsibilities Develop and oversee the overall creative vision and strategy for the company's projects and campaigns. Lead and inspire a team of creative professionals, including designers, copywriters, and content creators. Translate brand strategies into innovative and engaging visual concepts and creative assets. Manage the creative process from ideation to final execution, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, sales) to ensure creative alignment with business goals. Present creative concepts and final work to stakeholders and executives for approval. Maintain high standards of design and creative quality across all platforms and touchpoints. Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in creative arts and digital media. Conduct creative reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Oversee the development of brand guidelines and ensure consistent application across all materials. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related creative field. Minimum of 8 years of experience in a creative role, with at least 3 years in a leadership or directorial position within the arts or entertainment sector. A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative work, including branding, digital campaigns, and conceptual art direction. Proven ability to lead and mentor creative teams effectively. Expertise in creative software suites (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite). Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual communication. Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate creative vision clearly. Experience working in a hybrid or fast-paced agency/corporate environment.
