CRM Technical Lead / Developer Location: Remote Type: W2 only contract   Core CRM Platform Expertise ·         Strong hands-on experience with CRM platforms (any one or more) ·         Microsoft Dynamics 365 (preferred). ·         Salesforce. ·         Oracle CRM / SAP CRM. ·         Deep understanding of CRM architecture, modules, and data models. ·         Experience in customization, configuration, and extension of CRM systems Proficiency in object-oriented programming languages ·         C# / .NET (for Dynamics) ·         Apex, Visualforce, Lightning (for Salesforce) ·         JavaScript / TypeScript ·         REST/SOAP APIs integration ·         Web services and middleware integration ·         Hands-on experience in: ·         Plugins, workflows, and business rules. ·         Custom components and extensions Integration & Data Management ·         Experience in system integrations with third-party applications (ERP, marketing tools, etc.) ·         ETL tools and data migration. ·         Data synchronization s transformation. ·         Understanding of Azure Integration Services / MuleSoft / Dell Boomi (or similar) Cloud s DevOps/ Experience with cloud platforms ·         Microsoft Azure / AWS ·         CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins) ·         Source control systems (Git, Azure Repos) ·         Familiarity with containerization (Docker) is a plus Proven experience leading CRM development teams ·         Conduct code reviews ·         Define development standards and best practices ·         Mentor junior developers ·         Strong experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies. Troubleshooting s Support ·         Debugging and performance tuning ·         Issue resolution and root cause analysis ·         Experience with production support s incident management  Excellent stakeholder management ·         Ability to collaborate with: o   Business teams. o   Architects. o   Cross-functional technical teams Good-to-Have Skills/ Certifications ·         Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Salesforce Certifications. ·         Azure / Cloud certifications. ·         Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate). ·         AI/Automation in CRM. This is a remote position.
