Position Overview

careerzynith is currently hiring a Customer Experience & Digital Engagement Specialist – Web Chat Support, Sales, and Client Success to join our growing Columbus, Ohio team. This is an Associate-Level opportunity designed for professionals who have already honed their craft in web-based customer service and are ready to bring their persuasion, decision-making, and communication skills to a company that truly values them.
