About the Role
As a Customer Information Data Entry Specialist at careerzynith, you will be responsible for capturing, maintaining, updating, and securing customer information across our proprietary database systems. Key Responsibilities
- Accurate Data Entry and Updates: Enter, update, and maintain comprehensive customer information in the careerzynith database systems with a high degree of accuracy and timeliness. This includes personal details, policy information, contact records, and transactional data.
- Data Verification and Validation: Review and verify customer data for completeness, correctness, and consistency. Cross-reference information against source documents and internal records to ensure data quality.
- Discrepancy Resolution: Identify, investigate, and assist in resolving data discrepancies, errors, and inconsistencies within the customer information system. Escalate complex issues to senior team members as needed.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with customer service representatives, underwriters, claims adjusters, and compliance officers to verify customer details, confirm policy status, and ensure alignment across teams.
- Regular Data Audits: Conduct scheduled and ad-hoc audits of customer data to maintain accuracy, organization, and compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
