About the Role

We are hiring a Customer Service Associate – Delivery Operations & Customer Experience Specialist to join our last-mile delivery team. In this dynamic, hands-on role, you will be the critical link between our customers, warehouse operations, and delivery partners. You will work directly on-site at one of our state-of-the-art delivery stations, providing real-time, in-person support to customers while also handling phone and email communications. When a customer needs to reschedule a delivery, you'll coordinate with our delivery partners to make it happen. Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

careerzynith offers a competitive total compensation package that reflects the cost of labor across various geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from approximately $34,900 per year in our lowest geographic market up to $59,400 per year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
