What You’ll Do: Be the Voice of Compassion for Pet Parents
As a Customer Service Associate — Pharmacy Support Specialist at arenaflex, you’ll be the frontline hero who interacts directly with pet parents seeking guidance, support, and solutions for their furry family members. Primary Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Respond to inbound inquiries from pet parents via telephone and other communication channels. Build genuine connections by listening actively, showing empathy, and demonstrating a sincere desire to help resolve their concerns.
- Problem Resolution: Research complex issues, analyze customer needs, and develop appropriate solutions that align with regulatory standards and company policies. Follow through diligently until every issue is fully resolved.
- Pharmacy Support: Assist customers with prescription inquiries, medication questions, refill requests, and insurance-related matters. Ensure accuracy and compliance with pharmacy regulations at all times.
- Exceed Expectations: Go above and beyond to create "wow" moments for customers. Anticipate needs, provide proactive guidance, and surprise customers with your dedication and thoughtfulness.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions, ensuring continuity of care and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Essential Requirements:
- Customer Service Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years working in a customer-focused environment. This could include retail, hospitality, healthcare, or any role where you’ve directly interacted with customers and resolved their needs.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: You must possess clear, professional verbal and written communication abilities. Active listening is second nature to you, and you can explain complex information in simple, understandable terms.

- Flexibility & Availability: We operate around the clock to serve our pet parents. You must be willing to shift schedules as needed and work overtime during peak periods to ensure our customers receive the support they need.
- Residency Requirement: Must be a resident of Kentucky, residing within 90 miles of Louisville, Kentucky, and able to perform all work within the state of Kentucky.
- Licensing Eligibility: Must be able to pass a background check for Kentucky Pharmacy Technician (Rx Tech) licensing. This is a non-negotiable requirement for this position.

- Bilingual language skills (Spanish is a plus)
