This is a full‑day, first‑shift position (approximately 6:00 AM – 7:00 PM) that plays a critical role in ensuring our customers receive prompt, professional, and reliable service. You will be the primary point of contact for emergency calls, dispatch coordination, and documentation for Retail Commercial Services & Support. Your ability to manage high‑volume call traffic, prioritize urgent service requests, and support field technicians will directly influence the safety, efficiency, and satisfaction of our clients.
Competitive Salary: The pay range for this role is $33,800 – $57,960, with the final offer reflecting experience, skill set, and geographic considerations.
