Customer Service Rep

Wintrust Financial Corporation is one of the largest premium finance companies in the country, providing a variety of services and technology for agencies. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for answering calls and web chats, assisting customers, and resolving issues related to transactions and accounts.

Responsibilities

• Answering incoming calls/web chats and assisting customers by providing information or resolving issues
• Researching and analyzing transactions and other account issues
• Entering or modifying Check-By-Phone payments

Skills

• 1+ years customer service experience
• Ability to work 10:00am to 7:00pm shift
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer skills, PC, Microsoft Word/Excel & Internet
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively interact with people of all skill levels and diverse backgrounds
• Prior call center or finance experience
• Some college preferred
