Position Overview – Your Role in the careerzynith Family

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our remote workforce. This full‑time, 40‑hour‑per‑week role is designed for individuals who thrive in a fast‑paced, technology‑driven environment and who are passionate about helping customers navigate pharmacy benefits and home‑delivery services. You will work a flexible schedule that can span any of our eight‑hour shifts between 5:00 AM – 11:00 PM CST, Sunday through Saturday. During peak periods, occasional overtime—including a sixth day or weekend shift—may be required.
