Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will own a broad portfolio of duties that blend administrative precision with proactive problem‑solving. Your day‑to‑day activities will include:
- Order Management: Process new orders, quotes, credits, returns, and special requests with meticulous attention to detail.
- Customer Communication: Interact with customers and sales representatives via phone, email, and face‑to‑face meetings, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Inquiry Resolution: Gather relevant information, evaluate issues, and resolve basic technical questions; route complex technical problems to the appropriate engineering or service resources.
