Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Representative to become a vital member of our Provider Experience team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for providers who need assistance with CHAMP careerzynith or non‑careerzynith care claims. Your primary objectives will be to achieve first‑call resolution, maintain provider satisfaction scores of 90 % or higher, and ensure accurate adjudication of claims using our suite of specialized systems.
