Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to customers across the healthcare industry. Your daily activities will include:
- Handling Incoming Issues: Receive and process all incoming customer inquiries and concerns, utilizing smart, customer-focused decision-making skills to resolve issues efficiently and effectively
- Problem Resolution: Act as a liaison between the warehouse, office, and customer base; research, resolve, and track customer issues including service failures, product returns, incorrect shipments, and other concerns

- Healthcare Support: Assist hospitals and healthcare facilities with product conversions, special reporting needs, and various operational inquiries

Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required
