About the Role
We are currently seeking both full-time and part-time Customer Service Specialists to play a pivotal role in supporting excellent customer service, customer retention, and new customer acquisition efforts at careerzynith. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will serve as the main point of contact for our valued customers, handling a diverse mix of inbound and outbound calls, including new sales opportunities, service-related inquiries, and various administrative functions.
