About the Role
CK Funded is looking for a fluent Portuguese-speaking Customer Support Specialist to assist our growing community of traders from Portuguese-speaking countries. If you have a strong background in the prop firm or trading industry, understand client needs deeply, and communicate with clarity and empathy, this role is made for you.
You'll be the first point of contact for many of our users answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring every trader feels supported throughout their journey with CK Funded.
What You Will Do
Provide responsive and professional support in Portuguese via email, chat, and social platforms
Assist clients with account setups, withdrawals, trading rules, and platform-related inquiries
Troubleshoot issues related to prop trading challenges or user experience
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex queries quickly and efficiently
Identify common customer problems and help improve our knowledge base
Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on unresolved queries
Translate important communication and documents between English and Portuguese
Uphold CK Fundeds tone, professionalism, and customer-first mindset in all interactions
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business, Communication, Finance, or a related field
Native or fluent Portuguese speaker with strong English communication skills
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Familiar with support tools such as Zendesk, Intercom, or Freshdesk
Organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing support queues efficiently
Comfortable working remotely and in a multicultural team environment
Experience
Minimum of 3 years of customer support experience
Previous work in a prop trading firm, brokerage, or fintech environment is required
Experience supporting traders, understanding funding models, and dealing with compliance or payout queries
Proven ability to work under pressure and maintain a calm, helpful demeanor
Track record of delivering exceptional client experiences in high-growth companies
