What You'll Do

As a Data Analyst at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in our market research and data processing operations. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to deliver high-quality insights to internal and external stakeholders. Here's what your day-to-day responsibilities will look like:

• Collaborate with Product Success, Record Management, and Providers to ensure successful delivery of market research projects, meeting ISO and international data processing standards. You'll serve as a key liaison between departments, ensuring seamless communication and project alignment.
• Lead execution on daily requests for data analysis and manipulation of primary and secondary data to support Provider and/or Internal requests. You'll transform complex datasets into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making.
• Evaluate requests for data services and thoroughly understand the requirements of market research projects. You'll work closely with stakeholders to clarify needs and ensure project deliverables meet expectations.
• Prepare, plan, prioritize, and communicate effectively to ensure milestones are met and deliverables are sent on schedule. Strong time management and organizational skills will be essential as you manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Verify datasets for logical consistency, reformatting, and updating datasets for downstream analysis. You'll ensure data integrity and accuracy across all processing stages.
• Manipulate data into the right format for analysis purposes using Excel or SPSS, including weighting and processing as necessary. Proficiency in these tools will be crucial for success in this role.
• Be a proactive contributor who provides advice or suggestions for improvements and automation, where necessary, to enhance overall efficiency and delivery. You'll continuously identify opportunities to streamline processes and add value.
• Develop and communicate best practices to partners across departments to continuously improve the quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of our product offerings and processes.
• Perform other ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you should have:

• A proven history of providing analytical, data processing support using quantitative data.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel at an advanced level, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros, and data visualization.
• Familiarity with statistical software such as SPSS for data weighting and processing.
• Understanding of market research methodologies and data collection principles.
• Knowledge of ISO and international data processing standards is a plus.
• A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in data analysis or a related field.
• A bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SQL or other database management systems.
• Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis and automation.
