Job Overview

Masaj is looking for a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager with strong experience in digital strategy, email marketing, and B2B lead generation. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, creative, and capable of leading end-to-end digital campaigns that generate measurable business growth.


Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Strategy
  • Develop and execute results-driven digital marketing strategies across multiple channels (social, search, email, display, etc.).

  • Plan and manage paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads).

  • Lead performance tracking, analytics, and optimization across all digital initiatives.

Email Marketing
  • Build and optimize email marketing workflows, drip sequences, and newsletters.

  • Segment audiences and personalize messaging to improve open, click, and conversion rates.

  • Manage A/B testing for subject lines, creatives, and campaign structure.

B2B Lead Generation
  • Create and execute B2B lead-generation funnels using LinkedIn, email outreach, landing pages, and marketing automation tools.

  • Work closely with sales and operations teams to generate high-quality leads and improve conversion.

  • Develop marketing assets (case studies, pitch decks, industry reports) to support B2B outreach.

Content & Brand Marketing
  • Oversee content creation across social media, blogs, and digital platforms.

  • Maintain brand consistency across all digital communications.

  • Manage creatives, including videos, graphics, and promotional assets.

Analytics & Optimization
  • Monitor KPIs, ROI, and campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Meta Business Suite.

  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights.

  • Optimize campaigns for CAC, CTR, CPL, and conversion rate improvements.


Requirements

  • 3–5 years of proven experience in digital marketing.

  • Strong experience in email marketing, automation tools, and CRM platforms.

  • Demonstrated success in B2B lead generation strategies (LinkedIn outreach, cold emails, paid ads, funnels).

  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, and analytics platforms.

  • Excellent communication, reporting, and project management skills.

  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments and adapt quickly to changing priorities
