Role and Responsibilities
The Direct Bill Analyst is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of direct bill statements and deposits. Working closely with account teams and service leaders, this position will also be responsible for assisting in the review and resolution of transaction discrepancies and reconciliation problems. The Direct Bill Analyst must communicate effectively with carriers and internal contacts to align with company guidelines and contract requirements, maintain payment and reconciliation documentation, and collaborate with other members of the Direct Bill team and the Direct Bill Manager on World's accounting processes and procedures. This is a fully remote role, with office availability as desired in Iselin, NJ.
