Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Director of Business Development with pronounced experience in selling technology to the commercial pharmaceutical industry. Reporting directly to the CEO/CRO, the ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth of our leading-edge Patient Services solutions. This role requires tested consultative selling skills, in-depth knowledge of commercial infrastructure, strong understanding of current technologies, and the ability to effectively position product features, benefits, and value to diverse stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Negotiating & Deal Making: Expertise in negotiating deals, partnerships, and contracts. Proven track record of closing complex business deals.

Compensation:
Base: $150-175k range, depending on experience and location
Bonus: $100K target based on company and personal performance
