Job Description:
• Deliver a comprehensive maturity roadmap for in-house live agent collections function
• Build out performance management infrastructure and strengthen baselines
• Establish feedback cycles and set clear expectations at every level of the team
• Show early progress toward improving collections outcomes with clear plans for the next two years
Requirements:
• 10+ years of progressive collections experience
• Proven ability to turn organizational objectives into structured operational plans
• Experience leading collections teams in a distributed environment
• Recognized as a functional authority in collections
• Substantial experience leading through organizational change and transformation
• Deep knowledge of collections best practices and compliance requirements
• Background in an in-house collections operation, third-party collections agency, or national collections agency
• Ability to travel approximately 6+ times per year (primarily Richmond, VA)
