Role Overview:

We are currently seeking a Leader for our Global Benefit Programs reporting directly to the VP of Total Rewards. This key role will be responsible for the strategic design, implementation, and ongoing management of Trellix’s progressive global benefits offerings in over 35 countries.

Key Accountabilities of this role include:

Benefits Design & Administration: Drive the development, implementation, and maintenance of all global benefit programs, including healthcare, retirement plans, time off, leave management, wellness initiatives, and life insurance.
Team Leadership: Manage the global benefits team and evaluate personnel to ensure efficient operation of the function.
Strategy & Compliance: Ensure programs are compliant with global regulations, competitive with current trends, and cost-effective, intending to attract and retain diverse talent.
Vendor Management: Serve as the primary contact for benefit advisors, negotiating coverage and costs with carriers and brokers.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Finance, Legal, and Risk Management to investigate and determine the feasibility of innovative programs, such as self-insurance.

This role requires a deep understanding of benefits regulations, best practices, and a strategic approach to delivering competitive and differentiated benefit packages. The Head of Global Benefits will be a key member of both the Total Rewards and the global HR leadership teams.

About the role:

About you:

Base Pay Range: $180,000 – $250,000.  Actual base pay within this range will depend on varying circumstances, including the work location, individual qualifications, company budget and other operational business needs. Compensation may also include annual bonuses and long-term incentives, subject to various metrics and company policy.
